Great to meet you!
I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist who deeply understands the layered experience of navigating multiple marginalized identities. As a member of the Global Majority and someone with SWANA heritage, I bring lived and clinical insight into the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and neurotype. I hold a Masters in Psychology from Goddard College and am trained in EMDR, expressive therapy (visual arts, writing, theatre), and trauma-informed, affirming care for trans and nonbinary clients. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, identity exploration, complex trauma, and the unique stressors that come with being a young adult (ages 20–45) in a world that often isn’t built for us. I specialize in working with Queer, Trans, neurodivergent, and Global Majority/SWANA individuals, and I also work extensively with activists—understanding the need for heightened privacy and discretion.
