Great to meet you!

I help adults overcome anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma to build more fulfilling lives. I know how feeling stuck in the past can impact your relationships, work, and sense of self. My approach is practical and collaborative, creating a safe space where we can process difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

I am a licensed therapist, LMHC and am trained in several highly effective methods, including EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). These powerful tools help us move beyond talk therapy to gently release the nervous system responses that keep you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.

I specialize in treating:

  • Anxiety & Panic Disorders
  • Depression
  • Trauma & PTSD (including complex trauma)
  • Life Transitions & Stress
  • Relationship Issues

I believe in your innate capacity to heal. My role is to provide the skilled support and proven techniques to help you access that resilience.

I earned my Masters in Psychology from Goddard College.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, combining proven somatic and cognitive methods to help you heal not just in your mind, but in your body and nervous system. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and the deep-seated effects of trauma.

I am trained in several powerful, evidence-based modalities:

  • EMDR: To safely reprocess traumatic memories and reduce their emotional charge.
  • Somatic Therapy: To help you release the physical tension and stress patterns that talk therapy alone can't reach.
  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): For clients who need a deeper, accelerated path to healing when traditional methods have hit a plateau.

I believe that healing is about moving from a state of reaction to one of choice. In our sessions, we will work together to build safety, process the past, and develop practical tools so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in your daily life.

My goal is to provide skilled, effective care that is accessible.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to be a low-pressure conversation focused on connection and understanding. My priority is to create a safe, welcoming space for you to share what's bringing you in. We'll discuss your current challenges, your history, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. You can ask me any questions you have about my approach or the process.

Most importantly, we will begin to collaborate on a initial plan for our work together. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and have a clearer sense of how we can move forward. Taking the first step is often the hardest part—I'm here to make it feel manageable.
