Great to meet you!

My name is Sasha Morphis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. Since 2019, I have had the privilege of walking alongside young adults, teens, children, and families through some of life's most difficult, transformative, and healing moments.

My path as a therapist has taken me through many different spaces, from schools and crisis response settings to assessments and private practice. Each experience has deepened my understanding of what it means to be human: to struggle, to grow, to carry pain, and to discover resilience we never knew we had. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from North Carolina Central University in 2019, and I continue to feel honored every day to do this work.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, authentic, and judgment-free environment where you can exhale, show up as you are, and begin reconnecting with yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to carry it all alone.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about getting to know each other and building a rapport. In this session, we will do an initial assessment. You will be able to ask me as many questions as you would like to determine if I am the best therapist for you. These sessions are laid back and designed to allow you the space to express your needs.
