Great to meet you!

Now also accepting families in-person - Are you living with challenging routines like having the same fight over and over or the same negative thoughts about yourself every morning? Often, these painful patterns came out of an initial attempt to help care for yourself. My goal is to support you to explore how these patterns influence your life today and to continue the ones that serve you & to change the ones that don’t. You may build new boundaries, quiet shame and form new narratives to achieve the growth you're looking for.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe and rigorous space so that each week you can feel settled and engaged. In addition to investigating ways you would like to grow, our sessions also encourage recognition of techniques you currently use that serve you well so that we can learn from those and reapply. I work with couples, adults and teens in all states of struggle and transition.

What you can expect from me

For each of my clients, I weave together behavioral (DBT, CBT, ACT) and somatic (Gestalt, Somatic Experiencing) approaches to shape the work specifically to you. Feel free to schedule a 30 min call to see if we might be a good fit: www.rb.gy/yjqsle
