Great to meet you!

So Nice To Meet You!

I am passionate about providing an emotionally safe, non-judgmental space in which my clients and I work together to explore issues that may be presenting as obstacles to intended goals. I have effectively worked with people of all genders, races, backgrounds, and ethnicities and work intentionally to support healthy therapeutic relationships. I have most recently specialized in working with Veterans and First Responders who are working toward solutions related to trauma, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, and substance use. I have a significant amount of experience and am passionate about working with senior adults and adults (individuals and couples) who are navigating various significant life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe it’s important to approach therapy with a sense of curiosity and wonder and enjoy incorporating humor and relaxation techniques into my sessions. My approach comes from a humanistic perspective and I incorporate CBT, DBT, meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques into talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

My goal in our first session is for us to begin building a space together, in which awareness, healing, growth and reflection is the priority.
