Hi, I’m a licensed professional counselor with credentials in Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Maine. I work with individuals, couples, and families, using a variety of therapy approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
My background includes training in DBT, CBT, EMDR, and I’m always continuing to grow—both through formal clinical training and self-study. I work with teens (13 and up), adults, and older adults, and enjoy helping people navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, stress, and more.
I aim to create a relaxed, welcoming space where clients feel safe to explore what’s going on in their lives. Therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Each session we will review your treatment goals and identify skills for you to work on between sessions to help you achieve these goals.
