Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Family, & Child Therapy (via Webster University, 2012) and a Bachelor Degree in Recreation Therapy (via University of Florida, 2005). I have over a decade of experience in the marriage & family therapy field.

I am a passionate and dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist, committed to promoting mental/inner wellness and strengthening relationships within diverse communities. Hailing from Sāmoa, I embrace my Sāmoan heritage and I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic practice as a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color)-Pacific Islander.

My approach to therapy

Using a variety of therapeutic techniques I assist in discovering what best fits you. I believe incorporating a holistic approach (psychological, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects) will help foster and promote personal growth, healing, and development.

What you can expect from me

We’ll talk about what brings you in, explore your relationships and life context, and identify what you hope to get out of therapy. You can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure. I’ll also explain my approach, review confidentiality, and answer any questions. Overall, it’s a collaborative space where we begin building a foundation for your growth and healing.
