Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist who leads with honesty over comfort—and I won't bring a faith framework into the room unless you specifically want it there. I've been practicing since 2015 and hold licensure in Maine, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. I'm also a nationally certified clinical supervisor (ACS), which means l've trained other clinicians in how to do this work well.

My specialties include men's issues, sex therapy, relationship dynamics, ADHD, identity work, and anxiety. I'm kink-aware and ENM/poly-friendly—if your relationship structure or lifestyle falls outside the mainstream, you won't need to explain or justify it here. I'm also LGBTQ+ affirming across orientations and identities.

If you've had a hard time finding a therapist who takes your whole life seriously, that's usually what brings people to me.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood, respected, and emotionally safe. Therapy is about helping you know yourself.

I use a mix of narrative, CBT, existential , and emotionally focus therapy to help develop your own ideas about who you are and where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and with the people who matter most. I work with adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck during important life transitions. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, determining your next step as a man, or navigating difficulty sexual functioning, I am able to sit with you to help you move forward.
