Great to meet you!

I know that finding the right support can feel overwhelming. As an AuDHD clinician, I work with neurodiverse and neurodiversity-curious individuals to create a safe, affirming space where people of all neurotypes can explore what helps them feel secure, comfortable, and more at ease in their lives. My approach is non-pathologizing and grounded in curiosity, acceptance, and respect for your individual experience.

My approach to therapy

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota’s School of Health and Human Services. As a former software engineer and systems thinker, I value holistic, collaborative problem-solving. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support psychological flexibility.

What you can expect from me

If you’re looking for an affirming space to better understand yourself and explore meaningful next steps, I invite you to connect and schedule a session. We can begin with curiosity and work together toward a life that feels safe, secure, and authentically your own.
