Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am Scott and want to share a little about me. I have worked with many people experiencing depression, anxiety, traumas and life stressors. My passion is collaborating with clients to help empower them with skills and tools to help manage issues that may be preseting in their lives. My goal goal is to help you manage symptoms and process emotions that may be negatively impacting your life.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients utilizes evidence-based practices. I have experience and training with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I incorportate mindfulness practices as well. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is something that resonates with me and may be something you connect with as well.

What you can expect from me

I seek to hear from clients about their goals. During the first session I may follow up with questions to help me better assess the client's needs and direct our approach. I present client's with options and guidance and collaboratively identify the skills that can help them succeed in their goals.
