Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Dr. Scott Ravyts and I am a licensed psychologist with specialized training in clinical health psychology. I primarily work with individuals living with chronic pain and health conditions, and also support clients with concerns such as insomnia, anxiety, OCD, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I believe in tailoring evidence-based therapy approaches to meet your individual needs.

My goal is to create a space where you feel fully supported while also helping you face difficult challenges. Rather than only talking about problems, we will also work on developing and practicing new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding that you can use in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

I believe that the first session sets the tone for the rest of treatment. During your first session, you should expect me to ask you a series of questions about your current challenges and goals for treatment. By the end our first meeting, my goal is to provide you with a clear sense of what our work together would look like and how therapy can help to address your concerns.
