Great to meet you!

Life can present many challenges and, at times, we need the support of someone who can walk alongside us. As an experienced professional counselor with over 15 years experience, I am committed to listen, support, and help in whatever place in life you are in.

My approach to therapy

I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, believing that "one size does not fit all." I am committed to providing an environment that provides an opportunity for mutual respect and trust to be established within our therapeutic relationship. I'm committed to understanding my clients needs and working in a collaborative manner to reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

I am able to meet in-person or via telehealth both providing a warm, comfortable, and safe environment to begin the journey to health and healing. One of the most difficult steps in healing and growth is making the initial contact. I offer a free 10mi consultation to ensure I will be a good fit and someone who you feel safe with being a part of your journey.
