Great to meet you!

Before I became a therapist, I served in the US Navy and worked as a city firefighter and paramedic. I know what it means to operate under pressure, to witness things that don't leave you easily, and to carry more than the people around you realize. That background shapes everything about how I show up with clients. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, anger, relationship stress, and men's mental health. I've also worked with veterans, adolescent youth in inpatient settings, and homeless veterans through the Veterans Affairs system, and those experiences gave me a grounded sense of what real hardship actually looks like.

My approach to therapy

I meet you where you are, every session, without judgment. My approach is genuine and collaborative, rooted in the belief that each of us has the capacity to find our way back to peace and wellbeing, even when things feel darkest. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anger, navigating a relationship in crisis, or trying to understand why you feel the way you do, we'll work together toward real clarity and lasting change. I know from both personal and professional experience how hard it is to ask for help, and I don't take it lightly that you're here.

What you can expect from me

Each session is a genuine, unhurried conversation about where you are and what you need. There's no script and no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is to help you find more peace of mind and a clearer sense of what comes next. If you're ready to reach out, I'd love to connect.
