Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy takes courage, and I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where we work together to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and help you move toward the life you want.

I am a licensed professional counselor and clinical psychologist with extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, athletes, first responders, and individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, chronic illness, stress, and performance-related concerns. My background also includes sports psychology, helping athletes, executives, and high-performing professionals build resilience, confidence, and mental toughness.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and believe effective therapy combines evidence-based treatment with genuine human connection. Every client is unique, so I tailor treatment to your specific goals, values, and experiences rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you're navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to become the healthiest version of yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My approach is collaborative—we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that create lasting change.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Because every person is unique, I tailor treatment to your specific needs, goals, and values.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic health concerns, or performance-related stress, my goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your personal history, identify your goals, and begin developing a plan that fits your unique needs.

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. You don't have to have everything figured out before you arrive.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you'll feel heard, understood, and leave with a clearer sense of direction and confidence that we're moving toward meaningful change—together.
