Sean Pagoada

Happy to meet you! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Minnesota, born and raised in Miami, Florida. I received my Masters from the Florida International University and have been practicing for 7 years. I am bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. I'm a fellow traveler in life and help people find their fulfillment in life. I've had experience with parents, adults with SPMI, adults struggling with life changes. I am affirming of kink, ENM, and polyamory.

As a Cuban-American, with a non-nuclear family, I bring in multiple lenses in providing therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and just as your teammate would, I strive to provide support, reflection, and comradery as you seek out a life that fulfills you.

In our first session you can expect for us to get to know one another, and test the waters. If I am the right person for you, we will begin doing the work. The hardest part is over, showing up and accepting that professional help is needed for change. In therapy, I value equity, collaboration, humor and patience.
