Great to meet you!

If anxiety, depression, or the aftereffects of hard experiences keep you stuck — looking fine on the outside while something quieter is running the show — you're in the right place. I offer online therapy for adults in New York and Oregon.

My approach to therapy

We work with what's showing up now: how you feel, how you relate, and where you go numb or push away. Rather than pushing you to perform a "better" self, we make room for who you already are — and change tends to follow. Some days we look at how the past lives in the present; other days we stay with what's alive right here.

What you can expect from me

Warmth and honesty in equal measure, a real relationship in the room, and a free 15-minute consult to see if we're a fit. I'm actively welcoming new clients.
