Hello and welcome. I'm glad you're here, and I truly appreciate you for taking this important step toward caring for your mental health. People seek therapy for many reasons— depressed, feeling stuck, anxious, grieving, overwhelmed, or simply unfulfilled. Whatever brings you here, I want to remind you that this is a place where you will not be alone.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and solution focused. I like to use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy through a gentle but challenging approach digging dipper to past traumas moving towards strength and healing.
