Great to meet you!

I believe that healthy relationships are at the heart of emotional well-being and personal growth. Seeking support takes courage, and I am honored to partner with clients as they navigate life's challenges and strengthen their connections with themselves and others.

As a counselor educator, researcher, and relationship specialist, my work focuses on helping individuals and couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships, improve communication, and create lasting positive change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support healing, resilience, and relational wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe that our relationships with partners, family members, friends, and ourselves play a central role in our well-being. In therapy, I work alongside clients to better understand patterns in their relationships, identify strengths and resources, and develop new ways of connecting that support growth and healing.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches, I help clients improve communication, navigate life transitions, manage stress, and strengthen meaningful relationships. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes that align with their values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where they feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we will explore the challenges bringing you to therapy, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you achieve your goals. My aim is to create a space where you can gain insight, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and make meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.
