Great to meet you!

If you're carrying anxiety that won't quiet down, grief that feels impossible to move through, or a weight that makes everyday life feel harder than it should, you're in the right place. I work with adults and people across all stages of life who are ready to feel more like themselves again. My approach is grounded in warmth and a deep belief that you are the expert on your own life. There's no judgment here, only a supportive space where you can say what you've been holding back.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of CBT, ACT, and EMDR, not as rigid techniques, but as flexible tools tailored to what you actually need. CBT helps us identify the thought patterns keeping you stuck. ACT helps you reconnect with what matters most to you, even in the middle of difficulty. EMDR offers a way to process trauma that doesn't require you to relive it repeatedly. Throughout, my approach is strength-based as we build on what's already working in you, and use that as the foundation for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. In our first session, I'll focus on getting to know you, what's been weighing on you, what you're hoping for, and what feels most important right now. We'll go at your pace. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, not overwhelmed. Over time, together we'll work toward something I see in my clients again and again: a renewed sense of joy, confidence, and the feeling that you're back in control of your own story.
