I am Serena, a licensed clinical social worker, with over 18 years of experience in counseling. I utilize a Holistic approach to wellness, helping others by empowering them to become a healthier version of themselves, using the mind, body, spirit approach. I take an open-minded approach to client wellness and consider the client's work life, family traditions, cultural and spiritual beliefs, and sexual identity.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you understand your thoughts more deeply and to help to bring about more desired outcomes. I also use solution focused therapy to help foster progress towards personal goals. I use an eclectic mixture of other modalities to manage stress and challenges.
