I come alongside you to normalize your experience and guide you toward your own solutions—reclaiming what's always been yours: authorship of your story. Using trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, I support healing in your relationships and the way you show up in the world.
In your first session, you can expect me to be a neutral, non-judgmental presence bearing witness to your story. I listen carefully to understand what brought you in, without rushing to advice or solutions. My approach is warm and collaborative—I gradually introduce humor and ease as we build rapport and get to know each other. The goal is for you to feel safe enough to show up authentically while we explore what you're carrying.
