Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Seth Savoie and I'm a clinical psychologist. I support people who are looking for relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

I have over a decade of training and experience helping others. My style in therapy is friendly, warm, and interpersonal. In my private practice, it is my mission to help people find calm, balance, and most importantly, emotional wellness. My practice celebrates and affirms people from all walks of life, especially Queer/LGBTQ+ people.

You can schedule online through my website at www.weltitudepsychology.com

My approach to therapy

Growing up in a Cajun French family, storytelling was how we connected and shared wisdom, and it continues to inspire the way I approach therapy today. I make it a primary goal to de-mystify therapy and create a warm and inviting environment for people of all identities and life stories.

I bring both expertise and empathy to my work with clients. I offer a warm, creative space where we can explore challenges, discover strengths, and shape a future that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. Therapy with me is about helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered to reach the story you deserve.

I'm an integrative therapist and will use a variety of therapeutic techniques to create a personalized treatment plan with you. I will use a combination of different therapy methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, to help you achieve your long-term goals. This flexible approach allows us to work together and focus on what you specifically need throughout your treatment. As I get to know you better and understand your concerns, I may also use other proven therapy techniques to support you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will provide a space for you to share your story, the problems that you are experiencing, and then we can talk about how our work together can be helpful. Just show up as yourself and I'll help guide us in sorting things out.
