Great to meet you!

Seth is a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work offering a compassionate, personalized approach to therapy. With training in CBT, ACT, EMDR, and family systems, and a creative background in art and music, he helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Seth’s work is rooted in empathy, transparency, and collaboration, creating a safe, judgement-free space to explore your story, build skills, and support personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist because I’m deeply moved by the complexity of the human experience and the power of emotional insight to create lasting change. In our work together, we’ll explore your goals and challenges with curiosity and compassion, using a mix of real-time problem-solving, emotional exploration, and skill-building. Whether you're navigating anxiety, processing trauma, or working through relational dynamics, I’ll support you in developing greater emotional intelligence and self-awareness so you can connect more fully with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will establish rapport and identify your goals for therapy. This session will set the tone as we work together towards creating healthy change in your life.
