Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice. I’m a Master of Social Work clinician with a degree from Walla Walla University (2016), and I’ve been providing mental health counseling ever since. My work has primarily focused on supporting adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress related to major life changes. I entered this field to meet people where they are emotionally and to support them in reaching their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus is supporting adults seeking relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also help clients navigate major life transitions such as relocating, starting a new job, or changing careers. My counseling style is rooted in a strengths-based perspective—tapping into your existing abilities and resources to support recovery and foster personal growth.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is client-centered and solution-focused, and I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. With a background in IT, I also understand the unique stressors of demanding work environments.

I take a holistic view of mental health, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and environment. I also offer life, wellness, and career coaching to support your personal and professional growth.

In our sessions, you’ll feel heard, validated, and equipped with practical tools to manage challenges and move forward. Your story matters—and healing is possible.
