Great to meet you!

I have served aging people since I began working, the last 20+ years as a psychologist. Now, having aged into the group, I understand what it is to live with issues of aging, including the family, health and career / retirement issues that go along with that both personally and professionally. I am here to help others write their personalized how-to manual for a happier second half of life.

My approach to therapy

I want to know what is happening in your life, and why it matters to you. I will ask about the past only as much as it helps us think about where you are now and where you want to go from here. Then, we can work together to build that future you want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to share what brought you to therapy at this time and how you got there. We should consider what you have tried to get past these challenges; we will try to keep doing those things and we will try new ideas to make more progress.
