Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Severia Adolphus, a Naturopathic Doctor and Doctor of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance in both their mental and physical health. I bring a holistic, compassionate approach to care, blending traditional psychiatric treatment with complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

I believe that true healing happens when we look beyond symptoms and address the root causes of distress. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with natural and lifestyle-based interventions, including nutrition, stress management, and holistic therapies. I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness and sustainable change.

I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, ODD, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and schizophrenia. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take a comprehensive look at your mental, emotional, and physical health. I will work with you to understand your history, current concerns, and goals. Together, we will begin developing a lifestyle-focused treatment plan designed to improve both your mental and physical well-being. You can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where your voice is central to your care.
