Great to meet you!

I've been providing counseling services for over five years. I started my career working with individuals mandated to receive mental health and addiction services. It has evolved to providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My strongest skill is empathy. I understand that our experiences shape our perception, the relationship we have with ourselves and others. I will challenge you to address core issues while providing you a safe space to grow.

My approach to therapy

My role as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to share your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and goals. I utilize a practical approach using a combination of therapeutic approaches to address your needs. I received trainings in trauma, exposure and ritual prevention to treat OCD, Motivational Interviewing, and Nurtured Heart Approach. I also use Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to address emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and depression.

What you can expect from me

Let's identify self-defeating core beliefs that no longer serve you and create new narratives. I am dedicated in supporting and teaching you the skills necessary to feel empowered. I apply a strength-based approach to accentuate your abilities to target the areas you desire to improve.
