Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Shaday, a Licensed Professional Therapist. I offer support for individuals dealing with anxiety, mood regulation, depression, marital and family issues, and parenting concerns. My client-centered approach ensures individuals feel heard and respected, encouraging change at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

Establishing trust allows people to feel comfortable and safe sharing their thoughts in order to acquire insight. I work with a variety of mental health impairments, but having a trained ear to listen allows me to identify the underlying condition that is causing clients to feel impaired in their daily functioning, which can translate or look like depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, family conflict, and so on.

What you can expect from me

Expecting different outcomes involves disrupting unhealthy cycles and creating adaptive behaviors that display healthy habits. Creating a safe environment for clients will allow rapport building to set goals and objectives to see new outcomes.
