Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (C-DBT). I'm from Long Island, NY-- but am now living in North Carolina. I received my Master's Degree from The University of South Carolina and have been practicing for 13 years. I enjoy helping individuals work through day-to-day life issues and stressors while teaching new ways to cope, process and manage life.

My approach to therapy

I am a Therapist that enjoys thinking outside of the box. I'm not your typical "cookie cutter/textbook Therapist". I believe in taking different approaches for different people and I work WITH my clients and listen to their input and desires, in order to create a quality Care Plan. I enjoy being myself. I am fun, outgoing, empathetic, genuine and a very positive person. I have been told by past clients that people seem to connect better with me just by, "keeping it real and being honest".

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
