I am licensed in North Carolina with more than 14 years of professional counseling experience. I am EMDR certified and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & psychosis . I am a person centered therapist, my focus is somatic and I use various somatic and mindfulness techniques. For example EMDR is a somatic technique which can be utilized for many mental health issues.
