Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of counseling experience. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology. This was obtained in 2015 from Troy University. I have over 9 years of counseling experience providing individual, family, and couples therapy to adults ages 18 and up in an acute inpatient and outpatient setting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered as I want to make this therapeutic experience as personable as possible. I also want to know you as an individual and understand the hobbies and activities that make up your day-to-day routine. Therapy can be uncomfortable at times and I want you to be able to feel as comfortable as possible so you feel safe and understood. This can make the therapeutic journey more comfortable and encouraging.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe and supportive environment, along with goal setting. Self-compassion during the process especially when setbacks occur. Respected and validated in sessions.
