Shakina Robinson-Wiggins

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Fl, ID, MI, TX, and WI, with about 17 years of experience. I hold a Master’s degree (MS) in Community Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Human Services. I am also certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Professional.

I help treat concerns such as, depression, anxiety, stress management, life changes, trauma and grief.

I would call my style of counseling as friendly, compassionate and heartfelt. I believe in treating everyone with the same level of respect and compassion, and I don’t hold any biases to my clients, or their situations. My therapy approach combines a sense of Reality Therapy, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Therapy. I can assure you that I will be able to tailor our dialog and treatment plan, to meet your unique and specific needs.

My goal is to help oversee and support your future endeavors. My philosophy supports the notion that mental health is the biggest investment a person can make for themselves. I believe if you always maintain a purposeful and positive mindset, no one can stop your journey to happiness, and overall significant wellness.
