Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-driven. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic-based approaches, which means we explore the different parts of you and how your nervous system holds stress, trauma, and emotional experiences in the body. Together, we’ll work to build self-awareness, increase self-compassion, and help your mind and body feel safer and more regulated. I balance deep emotional work with practical tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and any background that helps me understand your story, and we’ll begin discussing your goals for therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—you can go at your own pace. I’ll also review important details like confidentiality, scheduling, and fees, including that I currently accept insurance for individual sessions only. By the end of the session, you should have a clearer sense of how I work and what moving forward together could look like.
