I have experience with treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns across diverse settings. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and helps you move toward lasting emotional wellness and stability.

My approach to therapy

I believe the most effective mental health care begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and open communication. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, combining evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and practical tools that help clients reach their goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to take an active role in their treatment.

With experience in psychiatry, substance use treatment, crisis stabilization, and community mental health, I work with adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop resilience, and achieve lasting emotional well-being through personalized, compassionate care.
