Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and the founder of Healing & Harmony Counseling Services, LLC. My professional background includes providing psychotherapy in school-based, outpatient, and private practice settings.

I specialize in supporting women and teens experiencing anxiety, emotional distress, low self-esteem, and challenges associated with trauma and life transitions. My work focuses on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate experiences that affect their overall well-being.

I believe therapy should provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client's individual needs. I incorporate evidence-based practices to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies.

I emphasize self-awareness and insight to help clients better understand how their experiences influence their emotions, relationships, and responses to life's challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment that encourages personal growth while supporting meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on understanding your concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We'll discuss your current challenges, explore factors contributing to your emotional well-being, and begin identifying treatment goals that reflect your individual needs.

I recognize that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when discussing personal experiences. My priority is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. There is no expectation to share everything at once, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
