Great to meet you!

I am here to create a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss your concerns.

Do you struggle with constant worry, never-ending thoughts, sadness, lack of motivation, loss of interest, “feeling stuck”, loneliness, low self-esteem, second guessing yourself in social situations, academic worries, anger, abandonment, attachment issues, body image concerns, blended families, break-ups, co-dependency, control issues, cultural concerns, domestic violence, feeling fidgety/restless, mood changes, mania, procrastination; or unable to complete tasks, have revolving guilt, issues with forgiveness, risky behaviors, racism, self-harm, suicidal ideation, or flashbacks from traumatic events? Maybe a career change or college studies overwhelm?

My approach to therapy

I am an expert in Trauma-Informed Care and Human Rights Perspective, with a concentration in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for over 13 years.

What you can expect from me
