Great to meet you!

"The healthiest people are the ones who walk through the door." This communicates to me; the courage it takes to attend a therapy session, already serves to heal.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my ultimate goal is to empower you to face life's challenges. I have worked extensively with individuals and families and I heavily subscribe to Cognitive Behavior Therapy framework, but pull from several different approaches to meet my clients where they are and support them on their journey.
