Great to meet you!

I am an LPC who graduated with my BS in Psychology in 2019 and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Emphasis in Trauma in 2023.

My approach to therapy

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just looking for more meaning in your life? Taking that first step to ask for help is a big deal, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and build tools to handle life’s challenges. I take a down-to-earth, interactive approach and always tailor our work to fit your unique needs. I work with kids (ages 4+), teens, and adults, and I’m here to help you or your child feel heard, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, or past trauma take hold. You may feel stuck in negative thought patterns, disconnected from others, or unsure how to move forward. I'm here to help you navigate these challenges with compassion and care. We can work together to calm your mind, build confidence, and regain a sense of control work at your pace to process your experiences.
