Great to meet you!

Many clients need a therapist who is understanding, warm, and affirming. That's who I am. I enjoy helping those who are ready to do their internal work, as well as folks who struggle with asking for help. No matter who you are, all parts of you are welcome here in my practice.

My compassionate yet direct style empowers clients to see themselves reflected in the work we do together. You are the primary driver of your sessions and your growth. I'm always ready to meet you exactly where you are with the kindness you may need on this part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

It's essential for us to establish a strong therapeutic relationship first and foremost. I start there---getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and working with you as a collaborator in your growth experience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space of reflection and empathy. We're here to do meaningful work, and I want to make sure you feel supported as you do. Clients may walk away feeling a sense of clarity, particularly as we work through some challenging feelings that may come up in sessions.
