Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA) in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgement. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I strive to empower clients to not only cope with difficulties but to discover new ways to grow and thrive.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is about creating a safe place where you don't have to have it all figured out. I see our work together as a collaboration. You bring your story, your strengths, and your hopes for change; I bring tools, perspectives, and compassion. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood, so I work to create a space that feels supportive, open, and free of judgement.

What you can expect from me

My goal is that you leave each session feeling a little more confident, grounded, hopeful, and equipped for the journey ahead.
