Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and also gently challenged to grow. I help adults navigate anxiety, past trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and patterns that may no longer be serving them. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I draw from EMDR, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), attachment-based approaches, and other evidence-informed practices to help you understand not only what happened, but how past experiences and learned patterns may still be showing up in your relationships and daily life.

My style is warm and direct. I’ll support you while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and there’s room for humor along the way. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, managing anxiety, or working through relationship concerns, our sessions will be collaborative and paced with your needs in mind.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope will feel different. I’ll also ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, and the patterns you may be noticing in your life.

You can expect a warm, culturally sensitive, and collaborative space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, with a clearer sense of what we can work on together and how therapy can support you moving forward.
