Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create positive change—sometimes we just need a little support along the way.

I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where you can be yourself and explore what matters most to you. I see therapy as a partnership—you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover insights, new perspectives, and practical tools that move you toward your goals.

I would describe myself as warm, genuine, and encouraging. I truly enjoy helping people find hope, resilience, and confidence, even in the midst of difficult times.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution-focused and strengths-based approach, helping clients uncover their resilience and build on what’s already working in their lives. I enjoy supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges, guiding them toward growth, balance, and a deeper sense of self-confidence.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting connection. I’ll take time to learn about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what feels most important to you right now.

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about your goals, explore your strengths, and start identifying small steps toward the changes you want to see.

My ultimate goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.

I look forward to our call!
