Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist with a Master's in Social Work and a Master's in Adult Education, both from East Carolina University. I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating the complexities of mental health and substance use challenges. Throughout my nearly 20-year career, I have worked with various populations, treating individuals with a wide range of issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and aspirations. I believe that effective therapy is a partnership, and I am committed to working alongside you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our initial sessions, we will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we will discuss your background, establish expectations for therapy, and collaboratively identify your individualized goals.
