Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Masters in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I have worked with client's ranging in age from 5 to 75 in the areas of adjusting to changing circumstances, substance abuse, special medical needs, anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism, and school related issues.

My approach to therapy

I want for my client's to feel warm and invited by my presence. I believe that by providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment client's can feel comfortable with sharing their experiences. From there we can work towards the hope you have for your future and move at a pace that will allow you to achieve sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Once I know what a client is most interested in working on I will implement interventions to help them learn how to navigate difficulties, increase awareness of areas that may be holding them back, and provide a strong means of support in the work.
