Great to meet you!

I began my own mental health journey at 15 years old, and decided to spend my life helping others the way my own therapist helped me. Since then, I have worked in various mental health settings since 2004. I received my BS in Psychology in 2012, and my MS in Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I provide a unique personal perspective, since much of what I teach clients, I have found to be helpful in my own mental health journey. I specialize in working with all ages over age 5.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am holistic and eclectic in my approach. Each client is treated as an individual with unique needs based on diagnosis and personal goals for therapy. I specialize in using CBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and the Gottman Method.

What you can expect from our first session

I help clients go beyond treating mental health symptoms. I help clients get to the root of their problems so that they may begin thriving and living their best lives. I provide education and tools to use in between sessions, since this is often where much of the work takes place. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help others build a solid foundation, increase resiliency, and learn the tools they need so to be the best version of themselves.
