Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I pride myself on being warm, friendly, and down to earth in my counseling sessions. I have a Master's Degree in Professional School Counseling, and have been working as a mental health provider since 2014. I have training in various models, including resiliency, CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and Perinatal Mood Disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic in nature. I'm very relaxed, conversational, and see my role as your guide to help you navigate the challenges you are currently facing. You won't find any fancy lingo from me- I like to keep things real and get to the heart of issues- that's where you can work toward healing.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, we'll go over lots of background information. I like to get to know you, and learn about where you are coming from and what you need to get to where you want to go. We'll talk about why you reached out, and work towards developing some goals for future sessions.
