Great to meet you!

Finding the right support takes courage, and I want every patient to feel genuinely cared for from day one. I bring warmth and real attention to each session, whether someone is working through anxiety, navigating depression, or taking steps toward recovery from addiction. My practice is built around you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. I believe the best care happens when we build it together, and I am here for the long haul, through the hard days and the progress alike.

My approach to therapy

Care is most effective when we build it together. I work with each patient to set goals that feel meaningful, check in on what is and is not working, and adjust as life changes. You guide the direction. I bring the clinical expertise and the follow-through.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I want to hear what brings you in, what has helped in the past, and what you are hoping for. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We will find the path forward together from wherever you are.
