Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Shannon! I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2023 and genuinely believe that every person has the strength and resilience to move forward - sometimes we just need a supportive space to find it. My goal is to walk alongside you as you learn to appreciate who you are and break through whatever feels like it's holding you back.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a true partnership. My approach is person-centered and humanistic, meaning I follow your lead and trust that you already have what it takes. We will work together to help you access it. Sessions are collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to where you are right now.

What you can expect from me

Building a genuine connection is the foundation of good therapy, and I want you to feel comfortable from day one. In our first session, we'll have an open conversation about your goals and what you're hoping to get out of therapy so we can make sure we're the right fit and start building a path that actually works for you.
