Great to meet you!

My ultimate desire is to help you live your best life. Sometimes that may mean learning new coping skills, processing traumas, or having tough conversations, but I am here to walk with you through your journey.

I received my MSW from the Joint Master of Social Work Program between North Carolina A&T State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2019.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist because I believe in the the power of connection, healing, and growth. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that everyone has the ability to create meaningful change in their lives. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with your strengths.

At the same time, I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine care into every session. I see therapy as a partnership where you don't have to walk through life's ups and downs alone. Whether you're facing stress, loss, relationship concerns, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, I will meet you where you are and support you in finding balance and clarity.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I like to take time to get to know not only your goals and challenges, but interests and hobbies you may have as well. I enjoy learning about the unique qualities we all have and how I can best be a support to you.
