Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m Shannon Jennings, a licensed therapist in both Indiana and Michigan, with a background in mental health counseling and over 20 years of experience. I specialize in working with professionals who are juggling big responsibilities but may be struggling to find space for their own well-being. If you’ve been feeling anxious, burned out, or just out of sync with yourself—I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches, but I start by listening. I often use metaphor and storytelling to help us make sense of what’s beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift—at your pace.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session Our first session is about connection. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in and what you hope for. You can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we’ll get to know each other and begin clarifying your goals. From there, we’ll co-create a path forward that supports your values and your life.
