Great to meet you!
Most people want to enjoy life and have healthy relationships, yet sometimes things don't go the way that they had hoped. I work with people to increase their relationship and coping skills so they can live a life that is meaningful and rewarding to them.
We will set goals together, based upon what you want to achieve, and we will move at a pace that is comfortable for you.
I have a MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and I have additional training in EMDR, Anger Management & Restorative Therapy. I have completed training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, PACT training, the Developmental Model, conflict management, all of which focus on being our healthiest version of ourselves. I have also done extensive training & work in disordered gambling.
I work with adults who are at a new stage or crossroad in their life, may have experienced trauma in their lives, those who are having trouble adjusting to a transition in life, and individuals who are experiencing infidelity in their relationship (whether they or their partner are the one who is involved in another relationship). I also work extensively with clients who find that anxiety is having a strong & negative effect on their life.
